Delivery and Delivery Time
All articles from our assortment we dispatch as package or small package with UPS, DHL oder Deutsche Post. The choice of a suitable shipping service provider is left to us. The delivery time amounts to three to five working days and considers our processing time. We refer to possibly deviating delivery times on the respective product pages.
If you order several articles from us within the scope of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we dispatch the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time valid for the item with the longest delivery time applies for the consignment of goods.
Information for calculating the delivery date
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the next working day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the next working day following the issue of the payment order to the respective payment service provider, and shall end on expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, such day shall be replaced by the next working day.
